  • A deposit of THB 1000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

Usage reminder

  • Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 512kbps after 1GB of data is used
  • A Power bank will be provided together with the pocket WiFi device
  • The security deposit will be refunded when the device is returned undamaged
  • The WiFi device can be picked up and dropped off at different locations

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: THB8,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: THB100
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of SIM card: THB 1,500
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of Battery: THB 500
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of AC charger: THB 200
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of Power bank: THB 1,000
  • If you book WiFi Device Only package, in case of lost or damaged device, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
  • Insurance can be purchased for THB 40 per day
  • Insurance will cover the full cost of lost or damaged devices (in case of loss, an official documentation issued by Thailand authorities must be provided)

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
