Special Activity Terms / Weather Cancellation Policy

• Even in rainy weather, if the Fireworks Festival is announced to proceed as scheduled by the organizing committee, this tour will also depart as planned. However, in the event of severe weather (such as typhoons, heavy storms, etc.) or dangerous conditions for setting off fireworks due to rising river water levels, the event may be canceled.
• Unless the organizer officially announces the cancellation of the Fireworks Festival before the tour departure, this tour will proceed as scheduled. Please note that the decision to cancel the Fireworks Festival may be made by the organizing committee on the morning of the event, in which case you will be notified by the tour staff on the day.
• If the Fireworks Festival is officially canceled one day prior to departure, we will refund the full tour fee. The trip will be canceled. However, if the Fireworks Festival is canceled after departure due to sudden weather conditions, no refund will be given. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also the responsibility of the traveler. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the Fireworks Festival is temporarily canceled or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour departs, the tour fee, including the cost of the viewing seats, will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Clothing and Items to Bring

• Each person may bring 1 piece of luggage. Depending on the situation, it may need to be placed in the luggage compartment or next to the seat.
• Please prepare for cold or hot weather depending on the season and weather conditions.

Important Notes

• For guests who choose the Economy or Standard Plan, dinner will be a Japanese-style bento box; for guests who choose the Deluxe Plan, dinner will be an authentic Japanese Kaiseki meal. (Product images are for reference only.)
• This tour mainly provides Chinese commentary. English, Japanese, and Korean-speaking staff are available. If needed, please indicate this when placing your order. (Please note that we cannot guarantee that the requested language service will be available in all cases and will ultimately depend on the arrangements made on the day by the supplier.)
• This tour has on-board staff, but does not provide professional guided tours of attractions.
• This tour may be shared with other foreign tourists visiting Japan.
• Depending on the actual number of people, a medium or small-sized bus may be used, and the driver may also serve as the on-board staff. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seats cannot be reserved in advance. If you have any special needs, please inform the on-board staff on the day.
• There are no restrooms on the bus. Please make the necessary preparations before departure.
• This tour is booked online. Please check in on time according to the voucher content.
• Those who do not show up at the meeting time will be deemed as cancellations and will not be notified or refunded.
• Unless there are special circumstances, our staff will not proactively contact or notify passengers.
• Unless there is extreme weather, the event will proceed as scheduled (even if it rains), and the tour will not be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Notes

• The order of the itinerary, duration of stops, and departure and arrival times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.
• If you miss subsequent transportation connections due to such delays, related costs (such as transportation and accommodation) will be borne by the traveler.
• If you are late or unable to participate due to delays in your own transportation, it will be considered a NO SHOW and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
