Taking place at our 6-seater omakase bar, this season’s Coffee Omakase features a rare Aji Bourbon from Finca El Diviso in Colombia, produced by Nestor Lasso. This lot was processed using innovative techniques that accentuate the varietal’s vibrancy and complexity. Celebrated on international competition stages, this coffee has been championed by baristas for its distinctive character and exceptional quality, and we can't wait to share it with you.
