Q: When can I enter the exhibition? A: The Jiu Jing Liangzi Exhibition and the “Maze Rice” Maze Exploration Exhibition - Hong Kong will be held from April 4, 2025 to June 15, 2025. The opening hours are 11:00-22:00, and the last admission time is 21:00.

Q: Where is the exhibition located? A: INCUBASE Arena, B2, Chong Hing Plaza, Mong Kok

Q: Is there an age limit for the exhibition? A: There is no age limit for the exhibition content, but because there will be various audio-visual effects in the exhibition, it is recommended that children under 10 years old be accompanied by their parents. Due to experience and safety considerations, this exhibition is not recommended for infants under 1 year old.

Q: Do children need to buy tickets to enter? A: Children over three years old are required to purchase a ticket.

Q:Who can use the discounted tickets to enter the venue? A: Discounted tickets are only available to full-time students, people with disabilities, and seniors aged 65 or above. Ticket holders must present valid ID upon entry.

Q: Is the exhibition venue friendly to people with disabilities? A: As our venue is located in the basement of Chong Hing, if disabled people cannot use the escalator to reach the venue and need us to arrange staff to assist, please contact customer service three days in advance. We will arrange staff to assist you in entering the venue.

Q: Is there a ticket counter on site? A: There is an automatic ticket vending machine on site for those who do not have a ticket. The official online ticket purchasing platforms also operate 24 hours a day. If you need to pay in cash, you can also purchase tickets at the INCUShop cashier counter at INCUBASE Arena on B1, Basement Level, Chong Hing Plaza, Mong Kok.

Q: How to purchase tickets? A: Due to the limited number of visitors per day, we recommend that you purchase your tickets online in advance. You can purchase tickets on the following online platforms: INCUTix, K11 Experience and Klook. Please do not purchase tickets on platforms other than those mentioned above. If you have any questions about tickets, please email info@incutix.com. There are also ticket vending machines and cash counters on site. You can purchase tickets on site at B1 in the basement.

Q: Is the ticket only valid for a single visit? A: Yes, each ticket can only be used for one entry. If you need to re-enter for any reason, you must purchase a new ticket.

Q:Can I take photos or videos in the venue? A: Not all areas of this exhibition are open to photography, recording or filming. Please comply with the regulations of each exhibition area. If discovered, the organizer has the right to request the deletion of the recorded video.

Q: If I fail to enter the venue as scheduled after purchasing the ticket, can I apply for a refund? A: No, you can only change the venue date once. To change the opening date, please contact INCUTix customer service or the relevant online platform for assistance.

Q: If I am unable to enter the venue due to bad weather (such as a black rainstorm warning or a gale signal No. 8 or above) on the day I purchased the ticket, can I apply for a refund? A: No, only the date of entry can be changed. If the ticket purchase date is the last day of the exhibition, separate arrangements will be made.

● When entering the venue for a visit, please follow the queue lines and staff instructions. Do not stay in a single area for a long time to avoid crowds. When there are a lot of people, crowd control will be implemented. Please follow the instructions of the staff and queue up in order to enter. ● Please follow the exhibition regulations, observe the visiting order, and jointly maintain the quality of the visit. ● To ensure the safety of visitors, please follow the instructions of venue staff. ● Since not all areas of this exhibition are open to photography, recording and filming, please abide by the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the artist’s intellectual property rights and copyright of the works. ● Eating and drinking are prohibited in the exhibition area. No food, drinks or pets (except guide dogs) are allowed. If the exhibition rules are not followed and there is no intention to improve after persuasion, the organizer has the right to ask the violator to leave the venue without refunding or compensating the ticket fee. ● Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition area. ● Please do not bring any food, drinks, long umbrellas, large backpacks, suitcases, bicycles, skateboards, selfie sticks, baby strollers, dangerous or explosive items, or objects with sharp corners and/or harmful objects into the venue. In addition, there is no luggage storage service for this exhibition. ● To maintain the safety of the exhibition venue, please do not touch the three-dimensional sculptures in the exhibition and do not lean against the walls in the exhibition. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to run, play, destroy scenes or on-site equipment, or attack staff in the exhibition area. If damage occurs, compensation will be required. If persuasion fails to resolve inappropriate behavior, the organizer has the right to ask the person to leave the venue without any discussion, and no compensation or ticket refund will be given.
