Luggage Services

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Items cannot be stored or retrieved outside of operating hours.
  • Operating hours and delivery service availability hours are different.
  • Valuable items are not allowed to be stored. (Gold, cash, jewelry, etc.)
  • During Reservation
  • T-PASS site allows reservation date changes within 3 days of initial booking.
  • One day is calculated on a daily basis, not 24 hours.
  • The pass dates refer to the days when storage services are available. (e.g. with a 3-day pass, you get 3 days of storage + 2 delivery services)
  • Even if the reservation is confirmed, if the luggage includes food or hazardous materials, delivery may be refused. All resulting losses and legal responsibilities are the customer's.
  • Delivery Service
  • Delivery service is available up to 2 times.

  • Please complete the delivery reservation on the T-PASS site by 3 days before the delivery date.
  • Please store your luggage at the delivery departure location before the delivery reception deadline. Luggage stored after the delivery reception deadline will result in cancellation of the delivery and no refund will be possible.
  • The pickup time for delivery must be designated at least 2 hours before the flight departure.
  • Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 32 inches (total sum of length and width 180cm).
  • Weight limit for luggage: Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 25kg.
  • If all unmanned T-Locker lockers at the selected subway station are in use, delivery and storage will be restricted.
  • Storage Service
  • Select the desired date you want to use according to the reserved package date.
  • If you select consecutive dates, consecutive storage is available. (ex. Purchase a 3-day pass -> Reserve June 1st, June 2nd, June 3rd -> Store luggage on June 1st and pick up on the 3rd)
  • T-luggage (manned), Seoul Subway Station T-Locker (unmanned) available.
  • You can freely store and retrieve luggage within operating hours. (Storage and retrieval are not available outside operating hours)
  • T-Locker (unmanned) storage service is available through the T-Locker (unmanned) app.
