• This tour departs between March 1, 2026 and April 12, 2026. The cherry blossom viewing locations will be adjusted according to the actual blooming season as follows: March 1 to March 20: Scheduled to view “Kawazu cherry blossoms” and enjoy the romantic scenery of early-blooming cherry blossoms. March 21 to April 12: Scheduled to visit “Seiwari-teibo (Sewari-bank)” and experience the magnificent pink riverside scenery when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. ※Actual cherry blossom viewing conditions will be adjusted depending on the climate and blooming conditions of the year. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the on-site tour guide.
• If Sewari-teibo is not in bloom on the day, the alternative plan will be changed to Yodosuiro Kawazu-zakura, which is a 5-minute drive from Sewari-teibo, to enjoy Kawazu cherry blossoms.
• Due to changes in climate and other factors each year, the full bloom time and flowering conditions of cherry blossoms may vary. Cancellation or refund requests due to poor flowering conditions caused by force majeure factors on the departure date will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
• [About Tour Guide Information] The supplier will inform you of the meeting place, time, tour guide contact information, etc. by email before 21:00 Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you do not receive it, please contact the supplier in time. If you receive multiple emails, the latest email received shall prevail.
• [About Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra pieces, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About Late Arrival and Refunds] As day tours are carpooling services, the supplier will not wait for you if you are late at the meeting place or attractions, and no refunds will be given.
• [About Purchasing Front Row Seats] The front row refers to the first three rows of seats, subject to the tour guide's arrangement on the day. Please be aware of this.
• [About Seasonal Limited Activities] (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering seasons, light-up events, fireworks festivals, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. The specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notification. If we do not receive official notification of cancellation of the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan.
