Immigration Requirements

Please take note of immigration requirements. Foreign guests are to be responsible for their own VISA requirements based on the countries they will be visiting. Passengers should be advised to consult the official website of the relevant country for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel documents.

Singapore Visa Requirements:

• Citizens from countries such as India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, and many others need a valid visa to enter Singapore. See full list here
• A passport valid for at least 6 months
• Submit SG Arrival Card online before arrival in Singapore here
• A confirmed cruise ticket
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, if arriving from affected countries in Africa, South America

Malaysia Visa Requirement

• Countries for which a visa is required are listed here
• No visa requirements for going Shorex (Except Israel citizen)
• Not to land for Israel citizens

Thailand Visa Requirements

• Countries for which a visa is required are listed here
• Visa on arrival & Handling Fee of Immigration sums up to total 108SGD.
• Submit Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online no more than 3 days prior to their arrival in Thailand here

Indonesia Visa Requirements

• Countries for which a visa is required are listed here
• Submit customs declaration form. The form will be provided during check-in, and guests must submit it to the customs officer at the cruise terminal.

Vietnam Visa Requirements

• Countries for which a visa is required are listed here
• Visa on arrival & Handling Fee of Immigration sums up to total 20SGD.
• Passengers should keep and hold the stamped landing card for going ashore / joining shore excursions at all port of calls in the ship ‘s itinerary.
• Passengers that applying Visa on Arrival will require Two color sized passport photo for the Vietnam visa issuing.

Gratuities

• Gratuity for Interior to Oceanview: SGD$27 per person per night
• Gratuity for Balcony: SGD$33 per person per night
• Gratuity for Palace Suites: SGD$40 per person per night

Check-ins

• Please visit https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com/ for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure. Please use the StarCruises booking ID for your online check-in, the ID can be found on your Klook voucher below the QR code. If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
• You will only get your cabin number and room keycards at the counter
• Please take note of gate close timings and respective Check-In Time Check In Schedule from April to August 2025

Port Address - StarCruises

For all cruise itineraries, except for 2 Nights High Seas Cruise, you will be able to disembark at the ports for free and easy travel. For shore excursion packages, please approach the Shore Excursion counter when you are onboard Port Address
