Luggage Services

  • Please store your luggage at the hotel counter before 11:00 AM. The agent will collect the luggage according to the service schedule
  • According to the location provided in the 'Other Info' section, it must be within Tokyo's 23 Wards, Maihama (Disneyland area), or Yokohama City
  • Your luggage will arrive at your designated hotel before 21:00 on the same day

Additional information

  • Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
  • For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
  • If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
  • Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
  • Please take photos of the luggage you plan to have delivered and send them to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information
  • To receive your luggage, you must present your passport or photo ID to confirm your identity
