★Ticket Notes

*Each ticket can only be used by one person and cannot be used repeatedly.

• Please redeem the souvenir physical package for two persons at the exhibition site during the exhibition period (2025/1/8-4/6). Please complete the ticket verification at the entrance to redeem and enter.
• This ticket is a valuable ticket, please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, defaced, photocopied or torn, it will be deemed invalid and will not be returned or reissued.
• This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (ends on April 6, 2025), and will be deemed invalid if it is overdue. Please go to the original ticket purchase channel before 2025/4/6 to request a refund or exchange. Late tickets will not be accepted. For the refund and exchange procedures, please refer to the refund regulations of each channel.
• The exhibition venue only accepts refunds for tickets sold at on-site ticket booths. Complete and unused tickets, invoices, and credit card signatures must be attached. Each ticket will be subject to a refund fee of 10% of the actual sales price. *Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant ID must be presented. If you do not bring the ID, you will be judged as to whether you are over 90 centimeters; the age calculation method is based on the actual age on the day of the visit) . *Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by the service staff before entering. If they are not qualified, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential status (preferential tickets, love tickets) cannot request partial refunds after entering with tickets. Or subsidize the ticket difference.
• In order for the service staff to be clearly identifiable, persons with disabilities who are required to accompany them are required to enter the venue next to the persons with disabilities.
• When purchasing a package, please note that the contents of the package must be complete and unused before the package can be refunded. Please refer to the refund regulations of each ticket outlet for instructions.
• If there are any unanswered questions regarding the above matters, please refer to the official website and FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

★Notes on admission

• The exhibition period is from January 8 to April 6, 2025; the museum will be closed on New Year’s Eve on January 28.
• There is no storage service in the exhibition hall and we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• Some areas of this exhibition are open to photography. The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses and stabilizers is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. Commercial filming and interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition venue. Please go to the venue to use the restroom before entering the venue.
• Please abide by the visiting routes, exhibition rules and on-site staff instructions. If you encounter a large crowd, please wait in line in order.
• Playing, running and eating are prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets at the exhibition venue is prohibited. If there is any inappropriate behavior and the advice fails, then You must leave the venue immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous items and contraband are not allowed in the exhibition venue. It is prohibited to slap or touch exhibits and display cabinets in the exhibition venue. If there is any damage, compensation will be based on the price.
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order within the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter the venue after leaving, you can stamp the repeat entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition venue and queue up at the entrance again. However, entry and exit to the exhibition are only allowed during the exhibition business hours on that day. There is no need to purchase additional tickets to purchase goods in the souvenir area. Please go to the souvenir area from the exit.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors to the exhibition venue reaches the upper limit, crowd control will be implemented and ticket sales will be suspended at the ticket office. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait for admission at the entrance in order (last admission time is 17:00) 30).
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours, content and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan club announcements. If there are any unsatisfied matters in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
