This trip has no tour guide, and the driver's food and accommodation expenses are included; the driver is only responsible for the reception connection service and simple introduction during the trip, and cannot provide detailed explanations at the level of professional tour guides.   3. According to the regulations of the Transport Administration Bureau, Xinjiang operating car drivers are limited to 600 kilometers per day. If the number exceeds 600 kilometers, the driver will face a huge fine of 20,000 to 100,000 yuan/revocation of business license. Therefore, in addition to the itinerary plan, it is recommended that you arrange a taxi or other suitable means of transportation for daily travel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
  4. In the direction of Kanas, snowfall is frequent in winter. If traffic control is triggered due to weather reasons, seven-seater commercial vehicles will not be able to pass. If tourists choose to go up the mountain by four-wheel drive off-road vehicle, the difference in fare for one day is 1,000 yuan/vehicle, which needs to be paid by tourists. This trip is expected to incur a three-day fare difference (all group guests must agree to change the car). This trip only includes two nights of accommodation in the mountain scenic area. Kanas often has rain and snow in winter, causing detention. If you are stranded in the mountains due to force majeure, the room rate in the mountains is higher. Guests need to bear the extra room rate difference and the number of days of fare incurred during the detention period. Please understand!
  5. You will receive a group notification call or text message from the travel agency before 22:00 in the evening of the day before the departure. Please pay attention and keep the phone open. If you have not received any notification after 22:00, please contact the registration sales in time

When booking, be sure to provide accurate and complete identity information (many scenic spots require ID cards to enter, and if you provide incorrect information, it will cause difficulty in entering), contact information, so as to avoid booking errors affecting travel; if the information provided is inaccurate due to personal reasons of tourists and ultimately causes irreparable consequences, the travel agency will not bear any responsibility.
  7. If the items given in the itinerary, such as drones/SLRs/travel photography, cannot be given away due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, or cannot be participated due to personal reasons of tourists, there will be no refund.
  8. During the trip, if tourists choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be voluntarily abandoned by the tourists, and only the fees not incurred in the package will be refunded, and the fare cannot be refunded.
  9. During the trip, if the scenic spot is closed due to force majeure and cannot be played normally, the two parties will negotiate and cancel or change the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the difference in fees will be refunded on the spot.
  10. Tourists holding various certificates that can enjoy the preferential policies of the scenic spot, please inform in advance and show the certificate to purchase tickets. The specific policy standards of the scenic spot on the day will be implemented.
  11. If a single person registers for this product and chooses to share a room, the single room difference will be waived regardless of whether the sharing is successful; if you travel alone and do not consider sharing a room, you must pay the single room difference before departure.
  12. This product does not accept children sharing a room, nor does it accept tourists with children sharing a room. If you travel alone with children, you must pay the single room difference before departure or register the child as an adult, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded locally.
  13. If a single tourist agrees to share a room with the same sex, he must obey the driver's arrangement when he arrives at the local area. If the local temporarily disagrees to share a room, our company will arrange it according to the hotel's situation on the day. If there is an empty room, the tourist will pay the room fee on the spot. If there is no empty room, it cannot be arranged separately. Please forgive the tourists. The hotel's air conditioning and hot water are open at regular times. The specific time depends on the climate and the water supply time of the scenic reservoir. Please pay special attention.
