As a result, I became interested in bar management. Before that, I didn’t know much because I didn’t drink. When I first saw this small shop on Yongjia Road, I liked it very much. I felt that it was very suitable for a bar, so I quit my job and became a bar owner. It’s a simple and direct little place. At the beginning, guests who knew about wine came to drink what they wanted to drink. They also taught me how to mix drinks. Later, I gradually began to understand the mixing of various base wines and cocktails. This process was very interesting, and I also had the idea of letting more newbies in the wine circle like me learn and understand, so I started to try bartending experience teaching. Through this process, I also met a lot of interesting friends. The environment, wine, and people are all very important elements of a happy wine. I hope you can find your own happiness here.
Experience introduction Under the sycamore tree, beside the street of foreign houses, it is an ideal small bartending studio. But in fact, at the beginning, I didn’t know how to make a bartender at all. The concept at that time was that there was a place for wine, and customers could make their own wine when they came. So many customers who knew about wine came to drink and chat. At that time, I followed everyone to learn. Later, I met my master, and from him I really learned how to make a bartender and became a professional bartender.
The name of our store is called "Bad Bar". In this era, everyone is used to being in a tense state, packaging themselves into a beautiful appearance, showing a delicate side on the outside. We hope that customers can relax in our store. We don’t have luxurious decoration, only a warm and simple bar. Simple, direct and comfortable is good.
