【Ticket Notes】

• One ticket per person, admission is by ticket only, and cannot be reused. You must present the QR Code of the electronic ticket for this event upon entry. After verification by the staff, you can enter. Please confirm the status of your mobile phone in advance to avoid affecting your admission rights
• This electronic ticket is regarded as a bearer security. The QR Code for entry verification can only be used once. Once cancelled, it will become invalid. Please keep it properly
• Each ticket can enter once. There is no limit on the number of sessions for this exhibition. You can enter at any time during business hours. The visiting time for each ticket is 2 hours
• Please go to the original ticket purchase channel for refunds. No refunds will be accepted after the deadline. Please contact Klook customer service for ticket refunds and exchanges
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant documents must be presented. If no documents are brought, the height will be determined as 90 cm or above; the age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry)
• Those who are eligible for free tickets, please actively show your ID for service staff to verify before entering. If you do not meet the qualifications, please purchase tickets according to your identity; those who meet the preferential status (discount tickets, love tickets) after entering with tickets, cannot request a partial refund or make up for the difference in tickets
• In order to enable service staff to clearly identify, the necessary companions of the disabled should follow the disabled to enter

【Notes for entry】

• Please keep your personal belongings by yourself. The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables properly
• Video or audio recording is prohibited throughout this exhibition. Flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers are also not allowed. Please respect the intellectual property rights of the organizer and the copyright of the works. Without prior permission, commercial photos or interviews are not allowed
• Please follow the visiting route, exhibition rules and instructions of on-site staff. If there are many people, please queue up in order
• Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition hall
• There are no toilets and trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the facilities outside the exhibition hall before entering the exhibition hall
• Selling and reselling tickets at the exhibition hall is prohibited; if there is inappropriate behavior and persuasion is ineffective, you must leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas and various dangerous items and prohibited items are not allowed in the exhibition hall
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance
• If there are any changes in the exhibition business hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcement. If there are any matters not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event

[Refund and Change Policy]

• Before the end of the exhibition (2025/8/31), if the voucher is not redeemed, a free refund will be given
