• Q: I am joining the tour tomorrow but haven’t received any contact information. What should I do? A: Bus details will be sent to the email you provided one day before the tour in the evening. If you do not receive the information, please contact us directly.
• Q: What should I do if I can’t find the guide at the meeting point? A: The guide will contact you on the day of the tour via the messaging app you provided. Please ensure your contact details are valid. We recommend using WhatsApp.
• Q: Will the tour be canceled in case of bad weather or insufficient participants? A: If the tour cannot proceed due to uncontrollable weather conditions or an insufficient number of participants, we will inform you in advance via the messaging app or email.
• Q: Can I bring a suitcase? A: Yes. Please inform us in advance of the number and size of your luggage for proper arrangement.
• Q: Can I change the meeting point? A: If you wish to change the meeting point, please contact us at least three business days before the tour date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
