HYBE INSIGHT: THE DAYDREAM BELIEVER EXHIBITION IN MALAYSIA

Terms & Conditions

• Each entry is limited to 60 minutes
• The exhibition follows a one-way path; re-entry to previously visited sections is not permitted
• The use of flashlights, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited throughout the exhibition. Photography and videography are not allowed in exhibition areas
• Please adhere to the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the intellectual property rights of the artists and the copyright of the works
• There is a merchandise area where guests can purchase exclusive items available only at the HYBE INSIGHT THE DAYDREAM BELIEVER EXHIBITION IN MALAYSIA
• No food or beverages are allowed inside the exhibition
• Only credit card & e-wallet are accepted for purchases of merchandises
• Each e-ticket entitles the holder to exchange for one special photocard at the entrance. Guests can choose the group but not the individual member

Admission

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and invalid if altered or damaged
• Ticket holders under the age of 13 must be always accompanied by an adult
• The organizer reserves the right to manage entry time slots based on the crowd situation at the venue
• The last entry is at 9:00 PM daily

Prohibited Activities / Items

While at exhibition hall, visitors must NOT:

• Offer or display any goods or services for sale
• Distribute any printed or recorded material
• Bring any flags, banners, or signage
• Play any music or sound, except through personal earphones
• Engage in any unsafe activities or obstruct the operation of the exhibition
• Smoke or vape

The following items are not allowed in the exhibition hall:

• Pets
• Outside food and beverages, except for bottled water
• Glass containers
• Illegal, hazardous, or combustible items
• Wheeled transport devices (except wheelchairs), including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, or shoes with built-in wheels
• Remote-controlled devices and drones
• Suitcases, coolers, or backpacks larger than 55 x 35 x 25 cm
• Folding chairs
• Weapons or items that could be used as weapons
• Face coverings, except for religious or medical purposes, or face masks
• Items (including clothing) with language or imagery offensive to the general culture of Malaysia

Safety, Security and Comfort

• By entering, visitors acknowledge their duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, considering any personal medical conditions. All visitors must always behave safely, and accompanying adults must take reasonable steps to supervise children
• Security checks may be conducted on visitors' belongings
• The organizer may, without refund or compensation, refuse admission to or remove from the exhibition any visitor who contravenes these terms and conditions

Ticketing

• A daily maximum capacity may be enforced to ensure smooth traffic flow within the exhibition

Disclaimers

• The organizer of the exhibition reserves the right to change any aspect of operations, including maintenance, renovation, or private event.
• Events may be postponed or canceled due to various factors; efforts will be made (but are not guaranteed) to notify visitors who have registered for such events
• The organizer shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused within the exhibition area
• The organizer is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings
