- The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent 4 days before departure.
- This is a small tour. According to Japanese traffic laws, children aged 2 and below must occupy a seat. Please purchase the corresponding package.
- If you have luggage, please ask in advance whether you can bring it.
- The product only includes the boat ticket for watching dolphins, and does not include the ticket for Suizenji Chengqu Garden.
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email at any time afterwards.
- Please wear light clothes and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).

- After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred, but the return transportation costs or additional expenses such as local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers.
