Good to know

  • When exchanging tickets, please present your reservation voucher and passport (foreign ID). Confirmation emails will not be accepted
  • When making a reservation, please fill out the same English name (Chinese character x) and nationality as your passport. (It will compare to your passport)
  • Exchange your tickets at the foreigner-only booth with the 'Trippose' logo
  • Admission is allowed for ages 12 and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • The venue opens at 10:00 AM, and one ticket admits one person
  • The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets, and they cannot be reissued
  • The event organizer may use attendees' voices and photos taken at the venue without compensation. By entering the venue, you agree to this
  • Cameras with professional or detachable lenses over 7.5cm, tripods, monopods, and flash equipment are not allowed
  • Unauthorized professional audio and video recording devices are strictly prohibited
  • All activities that infringe on copyrights, such as video recording, audio or video streaming, are strictly forbidden inside and outside the venue. If caught, you will be required to delete all recordings and may be asked to leave the venue immediately
  • Bags that do not comply with regulations are not allowed and may be inspected by the organizers
  • Seats are assigned randomly on the event day, and seat location requests will not be accommodated
  • While we strive to seat your group together, it may not be possible depending on seat availability
  • This ticket package is for foreign visitors only. Korean nationals cannot purchase it, and any purchases made by Korean nationals are non-refundable and non-cancellable
