- Infant ticket: Age 0-2
- Child ticket: Age 3-11
- Please be informed that children aged 0-4 or weigh under 18kg cannot ride in the vehicle without a child safety seat

- Vehicles to be used will depend on the number of reservations on that day (sedan, van, or a bus)
- Baggage allowance per person: 24-inch luggage, 1 hand-carried bag
- Additional charges apply to extra luggages which will be collected on the spot
- Please be at the pick up location 10 minutes before the specified pick up time. The driver will only wait for you for 5 minutes. Failure to arrive on time will be considered as no-show and no refunds will be issued
- Please allow 15 minutes of leeway for pick up time in case of unforeseeable traffic conditions
- Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions
- It is recommended to wear light and comfortable clothes. The average temperature on the mountain is low, please prepare warm clothing
