Great location and nice design, room was very poorly maintained, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was pealing, the vanity was completely loose.

Room was clean. I reserved a double room with Balcony, but there was no balcony, sadly. The little restaurant was fabulous with great service and excellent ambiance. The breakfast was wonderful and the concierge care was super. I would definitely stay here again.

The cost/quality ratio is off here. The hotel is in need of maintenance, the rooms are very stuffy and hot without any air circulation. The windows cannot be left open at night because of noise and bright streetlights. The mattresses are quite hard and the water provided in the room had a bad smell, requiring using the water in the minibar. The location is still excellent. Previous stays here were better, but it seems as though it has been neglected.

Rooms are run down and are in much need of a refurbishment. No coffee machine in rooms. No extra blankets. Restaurant service is disorganized.

The Condesa DF feels like family !! The staff of so kind and the hotel is cool with an amazing cozy vibe !! Get a room with a big balcony !! It’s heaven !! The location cannot be beat !!
