The hotel has excellent customer service and an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city. The only downside is that the building entrance and elevator can be a bit frustrating.

I was pleasantly surprised at how BEAUTIFUL the facility was only because it is located in a building that has multiple businesses and hotels. So, please do not be discouraged when you arrive! Prime location, walkable to anywhere on the Gran Via. I loved my room, which was huge and had lots of gifts - water, snacks, etc. The staff that was onsite was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again.

When we got to our “hotel” there was no one at the desk to help us check in. Our room was occupied, and repeated attempts to contact the hotel staff were unsuccessful. We had to find another hotel, a real one. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place. Spend a little more for real accommodations. The hotel should not even be allowed on Expedia.

The place is in the best location. The rooms are renovated. Across the street access to restaurants and shopping. There is scaffolding on the building with a mesh blocking views. There is one elevator for 4 that serves the whole building so you may need to wait a few minutes. Reception staff is very courteous and helpful. They use WhatsApp and are quick to respond.

We booked the balcony room in hopes of getting some views of Gran Via but it was fully covered by an advertisement. Hotel is very well maintained but no amenities whatsoever
