This was one of our first hotels in our visit to Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo. It was incredible and felt like a luxury boutique hotel from the moment we arrived. The location is superb and the amenities are incredible. We were truly spoiled, and felt let down by all of the other properties we stayed at after this one. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. The awesome friendly staff, the beautiful room, the comfy bed, the location, and the onsen. They alternate the onsen and when it's your turn for the night time view it's amazing! Also has a roof top bar to enjoy the view even more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This hotel was so great. The staff were great, location was amazing, amenities were stellar. Transparently I didn’t do a lot of research before I booked so I wasn’t expecting anything and when I walked into my room I was blown away by how nice it was.
