The Internet did not work at all. I had to leave the property to get a connection and i needed to use it. The shower head was loose and needed fixing. A shame as the room is a good size and modern.

Nice stay for a late arrival at the airport. Air conditioning works really really well. One thing I’ll mention is that we were told breakfast would open at 9:30, it didn’t open until closer to noon, so we had to go elsewhere for food. There were options in the area though! Overall would recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very firm but we have come to expect this in Asian countries. It was very convenient to the airport - just a short walk however Google maps led you to the street that was behind the hotel and there was no access from this street; you needed to go down the street beforehand to access reception. There was no lift access to the upper floors which was not a problem for us but if you have heavy baggage or mobility issues, this would pose a problem. There were taxis available from the main street and food options within a short walk. We walked a little further and found shopping options and lots of places to get a massage. The area was a little noisy due to planes and traffic which you would expect being so close to the airport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic
Hotel is an easy 2 minute walk from the airport. It was quiet, with blackout curtains. 7/11 round the corner. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good. Simple, basic room - perfect for getting off a long flight.
