The pool was smaller than the photos suggested. The place was very convenient for train station and cross river bridges. I would stay there again

Chloe was very helpful. Seems previous guests had broken the TV and remained silent about it. Chloe fixed it promptly. Shower is over bath, which can be an issue for the elder traveller. Close to some very fine restaurants and bars. Room was a bit dated and some minor maintenance would help.

Fantastic location but that is where it ends , the staff are robotic . We had a room just above the rubbish bins that were searched by homeless each night and was picked up noisily at 5 am - cleaning is hit and miss - the whole building needs some TLC

This hotel is in a really great position close to art galleries, State library, museum and convention centre as well as the cultural life of Southbank. The staff are very helpful and respectful, the rooms are clean, bedding fresh and crisp, and the hotel easy to navigate. Breakfast and dinner are available on site, but many options for eating out are also available. I would recommend this hotel for your next Brisbane visit.
