The property and the room were excellent overall. However, our experience was affected by a few service issues. We experienced a power outage that lasted around 45 minutes, and it took quite a while for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue. Additionally, the staff was very slow to respond to requests. We checked in late, around 1:00 AM after our flight, and requested an extra bed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t provided until around 3:00 AM, which meant we couldn’t get to sleep until much later than expected.

One of the room's bathroom was dirty. Also, how come there is no Valet parking? we're in 26! Other than that the hotel was fine. Over all, it's a good and comfy hotel as well as in a quite area.
