The Social Hub Madrid 4 star

This is a great concept but it won’t be for everyone who is looking for a template 4-star hotel, it’s a collaborative social, work and events hub and club. Almost everything is thoughtfully and stylishly designed, at first I thought the rooms looked cheaply done in the pictures but my room was perfect, well sized, great bathroom, spotlessly clean and a generous comfortable bed. I did miss tea and coffee in the room but the cafe was decent. The staff were attentive, friendly, all fluent in English, always on hand, and seem like a collaborative team of creatives. I didn’t take the buffet breakfast but it looked excellent for the price, with a large selection of healthy and cooked food. The gym was a highlight, well air conditioned, Bluetooth connected for your own music and enough for a decent workout. The free laundry room was a godsend, but the long walk back to the desk to select the machine can be avoided if you select the machine before you go down. A room card activation would be better 👌 The rooftop bar and pool but intimate, expected in a compact city centre but if you catch it at a quiet time it’s a great addition too, with excellent views. A great place to enjoy Madrid and to work from as well, I’ll be back soon 🙏

Fue horrible con el calor que hace no servía el aire acondicionado escogí este hotel entre varios porque día siguiente salía mi vuelo por lo cual necesitaba un buen descanso pero con el calor en Madrid y sin aire acondicionado ni un ventilador eso fue imposible. Al comentarles el grave problema que surgió me dieron un cupón de descuento para sus hoteles 😒 y eso que era la king ejecutiva, cero atención al cliente y el cuarto estaba arriba de 300 Dlls la noche ojo ahí

Great property, hostel vibes but with your own room. Gym, pool, rooftop, cafe downstairs and location is impeccable. Would stay again!

Amazing staff, very new hotel, aimed at students and long term stays. I’m a 50yo who worked and used the same areas as the 20yo students. Lovely people, polite with several amenities for long stay. Not luxurious, but very honest and clean. Perfect for working.

Super clean room, laundry was easy to understand through the app that the property uses. Excellent location for the palace and plaza de españa. 15 minutes from almost everywhere.

Great stay, very friendly and accommodating. We were leaving for one day then returning and they offered to store some of luggage for the night.
