The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Besides that the stay was very good and the location on the river was beautiful. The restaurant was really good too.

We found garbage under one of the beds. The other guest in our hall were up all night slamming doors and screaming/talking really loud. Then we got up to a scream and some barking.

Onsite restaurant was lovely and wait staff exceptional. Food was very good but limited choices. Front desk staff was warm and helpful. We did have an issue with our TV and the maintenance man took care of it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our only complaint is that our room, 705, was disappointing. The furniture was old and damaged as was the carpet and the light fixtures should be replaced. It is in serious need of redecorating. More storage would have been nice too. The room itself and the bathroom were immaculate. Hallways were dark and uninviting and the wall had spill stains by the elevator. I was happy that the hotel was very understanding about my dog being an ESA. Great location and easy ride to the national park. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Surprised there wasn’t a microwave. Floor lamp had a push button that was not working. We just plugged it in and unplugged it as I believe the guest before us had done as well in that the lamp was unplugged when we arrived. I did notify the desk at check out.

No regresaría nunca, camas con edredones y sábanas rotas, toallas con pésimo olor , habitaciones con demasiada humedad . Aire acondicionado en pésimo estado .no recomiendo

This was a very nice property. It might not have been quite as updated as some Crowne Plaza properties I’ve visited, but the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was nice. What a gorgeous view!

We asked 4 times for our room to be cleaned, never happened. They forgot to call us when our room was ready and we reported our icemaker broken on our floor several times, that didn’t happen either. They did treat us to dinner for our troubles , however the food was average.
