Buffet breakfast and staff were great. Great location, with the Florida Gardens light rail stop right in front of hotel. Two stops to Surfers Paradise in one direction and one stop to Broadbeach North in other direction. Very convenient. Hotel accomodated us with an early check-in and room upgrade. Very satisfied with this hotel choice. Will be back again.

I like the staff, they’re attentive to the customers’ needs. They’re friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean and huge. It’s also great that they upgraded our room for free , The views were amazing! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Room is spacious but the room we were in feels dated. There is a horrible smell in the carpark when we were there - it smells like sewage or uncollected rubbish. The amenities and the room are okay for the price that we paid. It’s close to the touristy parts but would be a distance to reach on foot. It’s a comfortable short distance by car but not on foot.
