I LOVED our stay at the Powder House! The breakfast was the best I’ve had at any bed and breakfast. Made from scratch, quality ingredients, just phenomenal. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the covered porches were great places to sit and relax with a drink. The location is great-so close to everything. I don’t want to stay anywhere else in St. Augustine!

What a great stay! So close to everything just walk with free parking for your car. Excellent breakfast and snacks plus everyone is just so kind and accommodating they just make you feel special! I would definately recommend.

Such a great place to stay. Charming old house right in the heart of the old town. Easy to walk to everything. Great breakfast prepared daily. Free parking included. Everything you’d want on vacation.

From with the very kind and helpful staff, beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast on fine china, two large outdoor covered porches with rocking chairs, plus free parking, our anniversary weekend was a delightful experience. The best part is it is just steps away from the historic downtown fun. We hope to return again soon.

We loved the 2nd floor veranda, as there was always a nice breeze even though the temperature was very hot. The noise level from the street is a lot to get used to but the home was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location worked well for St. Augustine as most things were only a short walk to get to.
