This is a really nice hotel within walking distance of the city centre. Our room was very spacious and had a great shower room. It was quiet and cool with a pleasant view over the city.
Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The breakfast area was to a high standard and felt luxurious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only piece of feedback I'd give would be to install more power sockets. The kettle and fridge were beside just one socket. The hotel gave us a splitter, but they may want to consider one extra socket for future guests.

Overall great stay. Convenient location. Room is good but for a few things, some soundproofed windows would be nice to have and the location of hooks in the washroom for towels. Other than that. No complaints.

Staff were so amazing and attentive to our needs. Room was graet and ready before check in time. Coffee and tea available throughout the day was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend

Wonderful location, really helpful staff, felt secure. Only "complaint" was likely tied to the room type, which came with a very small bathroom that had a frosted door. Seems somewhat common in Europe but is not my fav. If thats not a deal breaker, would 100% recommend and will be an option next time we're in Lisbon!

Our room was lovely with a beautiful view and we had an easy check-in. The only negatives were the hotel was described as having a roof top and showed pictures of it but it’s only for one specific guest room. We also were not able to enjoy the breakfast as it didn’t start until 8am (on a Monday) and we had to leave by 7:30 to catch a train. It’s at the top of a steep street so be aware of it. Certainly a nice place for the night.

Perfect location to walk around the historical area of the city. The hotel has a beautiful dinning room and living room to relax. Delicious breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Modern room, confortable bed. We enjoy our stay.

The hotel was in a great location easy walking to the center and sights.
Breakfast was a little limited but good and regularly topped up.
Our room was clean and roomy , we had a small balcony looking out the back.
We enjoyed our stay
