The hotel seemed to be very dated. Pictures of the rooms on your website made the hotel look lovely. However on going to the hotel it was very rough around the edges. The room we stayed in (716) the rail for the glass balustrade was loose and the whole tho g moved.

Very nice service the housekeeping was excellent very friendly people and very welcoming I would stay at this hotel again Waan was very helpful the buffet I would say Excellent the waitress are very friendly and very nice place we had executive breakfast at the Italian restaurant for 2 days very nice hotel please book this hotel you will never regret I Jom Tien Thailand from Minnie Nand

It's beautiful hotel with beach access. Steps are extremely friendly and nice. Especially the restaurant staffs are amazingly supportive. Liked the room but the toilet and bathroom doors are be dangerous both me and my wife got pinched while closing the doors. Room size is good but the bath and toilet area seems a bit congested. (We stayed at the executive room).

Generally hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was split to outdoor and indoor. The outdoor location had birds flying around nibbling on the food. Could do better. Location wise, it is far from Pattaya city. But the beach is just by the hotel and good for family.
