We booked a room that was supposed to have a view of the pool, but we were placed in the north tower which did not have a pool

No hot tub. Remote on tv didn’t work. 1 person working at Peet’s coffee shop…waited 25 minutes. Unfriendly staff in the game room. Price wasn’t bad and the room was quiet so that was good. Overall it was ok. The Best Western plus in Truckee on Brockway was excellent and the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed there on the way to Idaho and the Boomtown Best Western on the way back. No comparison. I’ll be staying in Truckee for now on.

Clean, great staff, great breakfast at Mel's, pool was enjoyable......room was smal and beds were hard.

If you get a room with a pool view just know the curtains are on the sheer side where you can see people coming and going to the pool. No other blocking blinds. Room was nice.

Nice staff, clean, lots to do for the whole family. Check-in was good, room small but clean, nice bathrooms. Bed hard as a rock and the rooms near the pool are incredibly loud, even after pool closes the ventilation and filter sound like an airport.

We had such a great time. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Every interaction was positive. The room was nice and made for an enjoyable stay. I loved seeing all the dogs too. We will definitely remember this as a place we can bring our dog next time
