Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale/Zion National Park

We always stay at the Hampton Inn in Springdale when we travel with the dogs. The staff goes beyond to make us feel welcome. We will always stay there!

Everyone was polite and respectful. The rooms were clean and nice

This was a wonderful stay for my family of 4. The location was great, the pool was refreshing, everything was clean and well maintained, it was all wonderful.

This is an older hotel, doors were heavy and walls rather thin. We heard the neighbors far too often. When flushing toilet the bathtub made an odd noise. Staff was very nice and helpful, over all it wasn’t bad.

Everything was good at this hotel except for the lack of air conditioning and the response to the problem. We stayed in room 180 in early July 2026. The problem was that the AC could not keep up with the heat. Every day the room would rise to 77 degrees despite the AC being set on 70. The temp would not come down until around 3.00 the next morning. This was a huge problem. The solution from the staff was to replace the unit. What that didn't work they sent a maintenance man to our room who took off the front cover, sprayed some stuff inside, checked the thermostat and told us to give it 10 minutes. 6 hours later it was 3 degrees cooler.

Mr Rock and Roll, at reception, was so nice, helpful and fun - had a great conversation about Bob Dylan! Made our stay very nice and cheerful. Breakfast was good, as usual, but incorrectly said on our reservation that it ended at 10:00 am when it was actually 9:00 - almost missed it, but the woman working there was very nice and welcoming too. Beautiful Hampton Inn, btw, and we’ve stayed at them all over the USA. We will be returning.

Wonderful hotel. I loved that it was close to the park. Very easy to hop the train and get into the park. Breakfast had good variety, pool was clean, workout area was nice.’y only complaint, if I had one, was it es as bit pricey, it it could be comparable to the area.

The worst thing about this hotel is that the dryer doesn't actually dry the clothes; it's overpriced and doesn't include parking. The national park isn't worth visiting—there’s no good scenery—and prices in the small town are too high. I didn't like it.

Property is in a great location to Zion National Park. Staff is great, rooms nice but beds can use an update, they were not very comfortable
