Excellent hotel and I will definitely be staying there again. All the staff were helpful. The receptionists were really welcoming and helpful particularly Karen and Claire.
We Used room service and had a really polite and helpful young man called Kallum who was patient with me when I got a bit flustered. Also Simone was a happy cheerful face in the morning, she made you feel like you were a regular by greeting you so warmly.
The facilities were excellent, everywhere was clean and the room we had was lovely. Nice clean bathroom and really comfortable beds. The hotel definitely deserves the 5 stars and I highly recommend it.

The room was great, one of the best holiday Inns I have stayed at. The cleaning staff and reception staff were really helpful and overall I enjoyed my stay.
The only downsides I would say are that the bathroom is a little dated compared to the rest of the room and parking was a bit expensive.

The staff were very accommodating even when we were early, they managed to sort out a spotless room with 3 double beds, and was lovely and spacious.
The downside is the expensive parking £24 for 2 days. Not sure why it's not free. It's on a retail park.
