Pearly Hotel

This is my 4 stay at this hotel, always spotlessly clean , plenty of hot water.the staff recognised me and are always polite and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and hot with a great variety. The restaurant gives 10% discount for people staying at the hotel. We love the food there and the cocktails are amazing. Looking forward to the next stay there. There is plenty of parking at the hotel but the area could do with clearing and cleaning up.

On arrival we were met by a very unhelpful young male receptionist . The next day there was a lovely female who couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful . While the location was excellent , beach across the road , nothing else measured up for us . The bathroom needed a good anti mould all around the grouting . The toilet seat was cracked and stained :( The linen was shocking , the towels were so thread bare . We were woken 2 nights out of our 3 with other guests speaking very loudly until 2am ! The breakfast didn’t open until 7.30am, not good for travellers requiring early breakfast .

Breakfast was good. Beautiful sea view. Very Close to the beach. The Staff was very nice and helpful.

Worst hotel experience at Pearly Hotel Antalya. I booked 2 rooms through Expedia and clearly requested: • 2 separate beds in each room • Connected rooms I also sent 2 requests before arrival to confirm this. When we arrived at 8 PM, Sema at reception was not welcoming or helpful. No smile, no apology, and every answer was simply “No.” • No rooms with 2 beds • No connected rooms • Rooms on different floors • No solutions offered She showed us a room with a strong cigarette smell, which we refused. Finally: • One room had a double bed with a tiny extra bed added for my brother, who could not sleep comfortably • The other room was very small and they separated the double bed into two beds Breakfast had a good variety of cheeses, but there was an unpleasant rancid smell in the area, possibly from dishes or poor cleanliness. Breakfast manager Mehmet was also rude and unwelcoming. Other disappointing points: • No tissues in the room • Poor assistance for flower arrangement • Breakfast takeaway box without cutlery, coffee charged extra • €5 requested for an extra room key Only positives: • Good location • Good housekeeping • Excellent SPA, though separately managed Antalya was wonderful, but this hotel experience was very disappointing.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We saw multiple cockroaches during our stay, which was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, I had to ask FOUR separate times, waited 3 days just to get a simple iron brought to the room. And instead of apologizing , they argued and provided excuses. The service was disorganized and clearly didn’t care about guests. The hotel is also overpriced for what you get. For less money, you can stay at Akra Antalya and receive far better service, cleaner facilities, and actual amenities worth paying for. The noise was unbearable — constant traffic sounds from the road and loud music blasting until 6 AM every night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we arrived, staff even told us the room had just been sealed with silicone, and the entire room smelled strongly of chemicals exactly as they warned. Everything about the place felt cheap, poorly maintained, and low quality. I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone

First, the Pearly location is amazing, across from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming.

Everything was excellent specially Spa was number one.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again
