Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!

Property was fully equipped with basic amenities, was clean and within a walking distance of the petrona towers. The only gripe i have is that the cleaner came and i told him that we would be another 10-15 minutes as my husband was showering he insisted that he comes in and cleans, so I allowed him.

Nothing not to like. The room was spotless and well maintained. Great bed made for comfortable nights. Everything was close at hand due to excellent location to shopping and restaurants. Good hotel facilities for swimming and relaxation. Have stayed more than once and will be back again.

Beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to the 41st flr one bedroom plus a den. The unit is bright, spacious and well-appointed, the kitchenette, washer and dryer are a bonus. The pool, gym facilities and location are fatastic too. The only downside was the power kept tripping the first 2 days causing no hot water and the toaster didn’t work only to find out it was the toaster that tripped the hot water tank! Their action was prompt but took several calls to finally know the cause.

Rooms were beautiful and clean but the outside hallways were very hot. The elevators were also very slow so waiting for them in the hot hallways was uncomfortable. We also weren’t very impressed with the food at level 99. I was happy with the door man that provided us instructions on how to get to Petronas Towers.

Room like new, staff great and the roof top pool is obviously the star of the show. Unbelievable value for money

I left my earpiece and popmart phone charm on the bed stand. After housekeeping, both went missing. Tried to check with the team twice. Upon checkout, the staff said will update me. But till today (5days) still no update. Disappointed

Everything, too new brilliant and offered an upgrade as there was availability when I arrived. The pool area and the restraint there both brilliant, and my highlight was dinner/drinks on the rooftop bar with the view of the Petronas towers in the evening, went both nights was incredible

Close to ton of shops and klcc whic is a bonus!

The rooftop bar and restaurant have stunning views of the petronas towers. Our room was perfect.
