Absolutely dreadful experience. The rooms were old, dirty, musty, and covered in mould… hardly the standard anyone would expect from a property associated with Marriott. The “high tea” was a complete joke; it felt more like a fly buffet than a tea service, with flies swarming all over the food. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was shocking. From the accommodations to the dining experience, everything felt neglected and subpar. This was nowhere near the Marriott standards we’ve come to expect and was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute. The overall experience was excellent and the hospitality from the staff really stood out. The customer service was professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Housekeeping did a great job as well — the room was kept very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. The inclusive breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and everything was well organized. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 4-year anniversary, and the team arranged a nice celebration along with a complimentary discounted dinner for guests. It was a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel even more special. The only small downside I noticed was the TV entertainment in the room. The television mainly had older movie and serial channels, and it would have been much better if modern streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video were available. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hospitality. With a small upgrade to the in-room entertainment options, the experience would be even better. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Goa.

The rooms were clean, the amenities were good and the food was great. All the staff from receptionists, cleaners, servers,cooks, bar people were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. A big thankyou to Samishka, Sangtea, Faki and Mona Lisa for taking their time to ask us about our day and a general chat. Thanks to all.

The locale and hotel ambience is very good. Staff is polite and efficient, also the food was decent. Besides small quibbles (no hand towels) it made for a very pleasant stay.
