Klima aşırı gürültülü, taharet musluğu çalışmıyor, duş başlığı bozuk, pencere balkon kapısı bozuk, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Konaklamanın tek olumlu tarafı lobide bağlı olan keçiydi. Aslında profesyonel olarak bakarsak o bile çok saçma ama yine de yüzümü güldürdü en azından

Minunat Saat 16.15 de otele gittiğimizde oda hazır değil diye kötü bir oda verildi. Saat 14 de otele giriş varken 16.15 de oda hazır değildi. 2. Olarak odadaki havlular kuru değildi

We now stay at this hotel 4 times and we just love By murat Royal hotel as is very convenient close to the Galata tower just 80 meters. Staff is very helpful and room are clean. basic Amenities but that’s okk. We recommend other travellers to stay there

Rooms were not clean and the room services was so poor.
Looks like the room was not cleaned every time we used to go back to the room after family time out.
