This was my second time staying at Ar Tree. Our first time was before Covid. At that time, the property was cleaned and new with complementary breakfast. This time was extra cost so we didn’t include it. We had to change to another room due to toilet clogging issue. We noticed dust in the room so cleaning is average. Given our experience this time, we would consider other hotels next time.

The first 6 nights were assigned to a room, shower and toilet are next to each other and no shower door so when shower the water is splashing everywhere, the toilet and the floor are both wet. After several conversations with the hotel management, I was given to a room where the shower is separated and has a door. So it was good except the construction noise and told it was coming from the nearby market. The hotel’s location is super convenient, there’s a subway just 3 minutes walk, and a day market, where you can buy fresh fruits and snacks. The gym is fully equipped, but wish it opened longer like hotels in Europe, opened 24 hours.
