Rooms are way to small, hot water was not hot, ice machine was so far from room. Homeless people and parking was not good. I will not be staying at this Hyatt due to location!!!! Did not feel safe

Great hotel if need to be close to UCSC, so perfect for our visit. Nice, clean and reasonable price if not during a peak UCSC event date (or book early). The free breakfast was just ok, but glad it was available.

The hotel is wonderful, great location. However, the hotel has four floors in total, and we stayed on the third floor. The floor above us was very noisy — we could hear people walking around, and there were also people running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. The soundproofing was very poor.
