Conveniently located near the subway. Nearby my favourite Dongdaemun Design Plaza. UNIQLO, Daiso & convenient stores are nearby as well! Self Check in & Out is super easy. Apartment is generally clean & comfy, basic needs are met like hot/cold water dispenser at the common pantry. Will likely stay here again.

Small, Dirty, and Old. You can't really sleep well with the bed they have. If you can't stay at this place anymore because it is too dirty - you will have difficulty to get your refund as the manager is not helpful at all. There is no front desk staff if you help at night.

I was horrified at the condition of the room. It was so poorly maintained. The pillow sheets were yellow and dusty. The wall and bed frame had so many weird stains, there was even glitter on the wall and some green stain. The room was so tiny and dusty. Toilet seat was cracked. I tried to live there but i could not sleep the whole night! Immediately checked out the next day. (The staff was really helpful and friendly though)

The hotel was not too hard to find. The shower was above the sink, but this is the traditional Korean bath. Fill be listed but was 2 twin beds pushed together. No problem for me as I was alone. Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Great price for the area. I recommend.

Entrance was nice. Easy to get to via public transport from either airport. However the bathroom had a large amount of black mould which neither my partner nor myself appreciated. We tried to find other places to go to the bathroom nearby just so we wouldn’t have to use the provided bathroom. The room itself is much smaller than it seems in the photos. If you have a suitcase it pretty much takes up al of your floor space. Would not stay here again.

My 2nd stay within 1 year, it was always a good experience to stay in dongdaemun area where you will be able to find nice food(chicken soup, kyochon chicken, pancake in gwangjang market and etc) and all are within walking distance ranging from 15-25mins. Plently of shopping malls(lotte fitting, 2 apm malls, doota and etc) especially till late night. You will be able to find tourist information counter within the shopping area to ease your pain in doing your iternary for visiting elsewhere and they will be able to help you plan(how to travel to the next site). Else, you can always check-out with the kind staff from this guesthouse to help you and they will definitely make your stay wonderful with comfort. Nearest Subway is link to many lines and it brings your travel convenience to the max. My next trip to korea which might be this year again, i will definitely choose this hotel as my top choice in seoul.

Close to subway station and Dongdaemun

there was a strong garbage smell when i got into the room even with the aircond on. the area is very dark at night and not feel safe when u back at late night. the receptionist guy wasn't friendly at all(the attitude was like take the key and go.). the room and the toilet are dirty for this price range. just not for the money. My overall experience is bad for staying this hotel.

It's great place for shopping and hanging around seoul.

great location, many good restaurants nearby, close to subway and city centre, good deal for the price, nothing fancy but good if plan on being out sightseeing for most of the day.
