We had a good stay. Handy to everything particularly the light rail which was our deciding factor for the booking.
One draw back was the lack of space. We only had cabin luggage each so minimalistic requirement and still no place to put bags. It would have been a real issue of we'd had lager suitcases.
Also, the bathroom door was heavy set on a slow close then slammed. We were constantly conscious of disturbing guests.
Other than that all good 😊

Overall, my wife, daughter, and I had a very good stay at High Cross Randwick. The room was very comfortable (we had a double bed and a single in the room) and relatively quiet even though our room faced the front street, which is fairly busy during the day. Lots of shops nearby for everyday items. There were more than enough eating establishments within a five-minute walk from the front door -- everything from fast food to "sit down" restaurants serving food from all over the world. There was a light-rail station about a quarter-mile away. A 20-minute ride on the L2 line terminated at Circular Quay, which is the station for the Sydney Harbor Bridge and Opera House. We didn't have a vehicle, so I cannot comment on parking.

High Cross was a beautiful find, a little gem! The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented, styled tastefully and comfortable. Tucked away from the hustle, but not far from the action, this place I will be returning to next time I visit Sydney. Close to a handful of amazing coffee shops and places to eat, you're spoiled for choice and taste, from a pub on the corner to exquisite foreign flavours, it's all right there!
