I booked a double room with twin beds and when we got there the room had one bed. The lady at the front desk said that twin beds had to be requested. There was no fridge to put food and the bar closed early. The hotel is in a good location but that is all you’re paying for.

Room was very old and had black mold. Wood in moulding was rotten. I had to change rooms twice due to leaks and condition.

The most spartan room I have ever stayed in. Heating did not work, room was very cold. Overpriced in my opinion. Pleasant staff, lovely location

Breakfast was poor, service was poor. Waited 30 min for service, no acknowledgement from staff, walked out.

For the price, there were not comparable amenities such as mini fridge, lotion, water, counter in bathroom for toiletries. No hook in bathroom for hanging, hair dryer was only semi-functional, no bars in shower nor mats to prevent slipping.
