Breakfast was good, front desk is helpful but housekeeping lady not very nice

Service terrible. Went for breakfast the Staff give attitude. Those female staffs give attitude. Won't stay again

Overall it was a good stay for 3 nights. You get to have breakfast plus basic facilities for the room. It's worth the price

Generally, the staffs except for the manager, are rude when they are asked with questions with regards to accommodation

I always stay at this hotel so I am familiar with my surroundings and everything is within walking distance for my needs.

Bad experience staying in the hotel. Thought this hotel offers 24h check-in hence I book the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel around 2plus am (late flight), the staff insist that I can only check in at 12pm.Being left with no choice since I was misled by the information on the internet and no other hotels available, my family and I stayed at the lobby for about 3 hours (getting biten by lots of mosquitoes ) before the staff decide to give us a standard room for us to rest and telling us that we will only get 1 deluxue room in the noon. During the 3hours at the lobby,the staff even show us attitude.Despite me insisting that I had book 2 deluxe rooms, the staff keep telling us the hotel is full. Thus the whole family of 5 was squeezed inside a standard room with no alternative. The bath tub in the deluxue room that was given to us later on had a disgusting red stain that nobody dare to use and one of the table lamp was spoilt. The light was quite dim in the room. And I don't like the idea of a fan blowing inside the toilet. Imagine one standing underneath without any clothes.... The food there was not very nice too. Though the breakfast buffet is until 10am,there was not much food left when we went down around 8.30... The wi fi was not very good too. To sum up, it was not a good experience for me. Would not be going back to the hotel again.

The staff is not much helpful especially the receptionist

Not really what we got in Thailand for the same price. The breakfast was not for European Foreigners but more for Asian Too salty. We had some problem with the room, it was smelling really bad. they offer us to change room. The area is not too bad is really close from all the shopping. I will still not recommended this hotel.
