Very nice place to stay. Very comfy. I love equipped kitchen. Very clean. Just the neighbor has nothing walkable. Only seicomart next door. We stayed there one night to move to new chitos airport the next early morning- 6 min driving from there .

It is a very comfortable apartment . There is a well equipped kitchen . The host never reply to my questions at all. Other than that all is good . There are many parking spaces . Most of the car rental companies is in that area .

It's a lovely hotel, well appointed and comfortable. Our family needed extra space and we felt right at home with the two bedrooms and large living room area. The Minn motto of "Your Second Home" is a good fit. One note is that transportation to the airport can be tricky if you do not have a rental car. There is apparently an issue with taxis picking up at the hotel, and the train station is about 10-15 minute by foot. It's doable, but may pose a challenge for elderly or those with many bags.

Room was large and suitable for family stay. Cleanliness was decent. Do not expect cleaning (including change of towels) for short stays. Though the service available for a charge. A bit confused about where to dispose rubbish as only recycling and combustible waste bins are provided. So we just use our own plastic bags for incombustible wastes. There are no receptionists onsite. Just complete the pre check-in form and the check-in process will be smooth when you arrive. Plenty of parking space at the back of the hotel.

Very spacious rooms, but the layout was a bit odd. The blinds are not complete black out curtains, so we needed sleeping masks. It is also hang dry only after doing laundry. There is no shuttle to the airport but the path to the nearest train station is paved and very easy to navigate.

The room was clean, and the staff good to work with. There is plenty of parking out back. Great for families. Seicomart across the street was invaluable. Unless we need to be in a different area we will have Minn Chitose at the top of our list.
