The hotel is reasonably priced at $120 per night. The staff were nice and helpful. The lobby and our room was clean and neat. The downside is you have to pay extra to park and there were no close parking spaces available. We had to park around the side, near the back of the building.

Check in took about 45 minutes, staff clearly needed more training. Hotel itself could use a little renovation. Stay at the aloft Lake Buena Vista instead.
