Amazing location! Amazing staff and amenities! Super clean rooms and baths! They even had free umbrellas to borrow in rainy days!

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The property was clean and maintained well. My only suggestion would be to have more space for laundry since I had to wait quite a while for a washer and dryer to be available. The breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. The workers at breakfast were especially polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Kyoto.

Although the room was a bit small, the bed was nice and firm with fluffy top bedding. Breakfast could use more fruit offerings. Lockable luggage storage and scale in lobby to weigh luggage was useful.

A great clean stay! Rooms were small, but in good condition, close to bus and subway lines. Very well kept hotel, definitely a good stay in this area of Kyoto!

Ils n’ont pas fait le ménage des 5 jours. Je sais que le ménage et ramassage des déchets est fait quand on le demande, mais j’ai mis la pancarte dans ma porte et ils ne sont pas venus. À part ça la chambre était plus grand que la chaîne Apa et propre, c’était aussi tranquille et la demoiselle à la réception m’a aidé pour envoyer une valise à Osaka par porter bon service reçu avant l’heure inscrite. On peut aussi laisser notre sac à dos dans un genre de locker avant notre prochain chec-in dans un autre hôtel ou ville. En général très bien j’ai bien dormi après mes 25000 pas 😂

This hotel is in an excellent location if you have activities planned. Easy walk to Nishiki Market, the Gion District and to the train station. Breakfast was plentiful and it was great to have a coffee machine! Rooms are of course small, but clean with a practical layout. Good value.

Clean room, smart tv really great (USA Content), staff was amazing, great area for activities, close to transportation, tasty breakfast since local businesses open around 1100am, recommended from my experience
