We were disappointed with the bathroom. There were black markings all over the tub and the tub was clogged. The check in part of the hotel is nice, staff was nice, and location is convenient to nightlife part of Beale Street.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We especially loved the valet associate AJ, he was super helpful, friendly, and very inviting. Any time we needed something we forgot out of our car (about 3-4 times) he was happy to help and not once seemed upset with us which is hard to find. Out of everyone we encountered he was the most pleasant and inviting! All around a very nice place to stay.

Not a great experience...... They know how to take the reservation. They just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation—the holding.

Loved the idea of the rooftop bar, unfortunately we were not able to experience it due to the dress code. Valet guys were AMAZING!!!
