Minunat
Hotel is nice enough. Many of the dining options are closed random days of the week. The rideshare pickup location here is the major issue. You have to walk around the outside perimeter of the building in 100 plus degree heat to get into your Uber. They have multiple pickup and drop off areas that are completely empty that are much more accessible yet they force you to the worst possible lot for your Uber pickup. This is something that would be so easy to fixed but they've gone out of their way to make it as

Front desk, from the moment we arrived... the lady was a power trip and so hospitable. She acts like those people that work at YMCA. She was truly an unhappy human being. She does not belong in a 5 star resort ambiance.

The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the accommodations.
