The hotel is wonderful, the staff is kind, and always willing to help with any request. The location is great, close to the artisan market, the Floresta neighborhood, Foch plaza with cool bars and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hotel is unique and has lots of useful and quaint sitting areas to spend some time relating or chatting. The hotel restaurant is good with an open setting. It serves a variety of items in a buffet breakfast. Rooms are not fancy but comfortable. It's a bit of a hike to the old town but close to the Mariscal district with a range of restaurants and shops and a nearby supermarket.
