Minunat I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside.

Overall a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. Other than that it was a great stay hence the 4 star.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quite clean and we found it worked well for us. It is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but there’s a train station a few min walk away so it’s still quite convenient. Checking in and out was also seamless.

I stayed for a total of 11 nights. It was a great experience. My only complaint is due to the other guests being too loud. Although that is not the property’s fault. The showers had mold issues due to poor ventilation. Otherwise, everything else was great for the price that and location. I would stay here again.

everything was great! lotion, convenient, easy checkin and easy checkout. The only thing to improve was the toilet, had a very unpleasant smell.
