Fantastic Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got help with anything a first-time visitor to France would need.

Nice hotel, a little off the beaten path for the highlights of Nice, but close to the station and everything is within walking distance unless you have mobility issues. Clean, modern rooms. No complaints.

Clean room but certainly a boutique hotel with limited amenities. Bathroom is beautiful but the room itself is very basic. Spacious compared to most European hotel rooms. Fair location, about 20 minute walk to main square/beach area.

The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. They’re patient, welcoming, and happy to help with a smile on their faces. The room was super clean and had air conditioning, which made the stay even more comfortable. The place is spotless, and you can top up your coffee and tea whenever you like. Such a lovely place overall- I honestly couldn’t recommend it more!

Property, staff, and local were all ideal. The bathroom floor and shower were very slippery with any over spray or liquids. There is AC, but it is very weak. Rooms are spacious in comparison to other European hotels.

Room was clean and comforable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel located near train station so perfect for our needs. We didnt have breakfast at the property but from wht I saw it seemed expensie for what you got
